The legacy Moodle-based LMS was difficult to maintain, lacked modern features, and struggled with integrations. The client needed a flexible, scalable platform that could support SCORM content and seamlessly integrate with their existing HRMS and other third-party LMS environments.
Our Solution
A senior-led, evidence-first approach to the problem.
We re-architected the platform from the ground up, migrating away from Moodle to a modern stack. We built a custom SCORM player and an API gateway that allows the player to be embedded in any external LMS. We also established a robust infrastructure on RSVR to ensure high availability and scalability.
